Spit Roasts
Food To Di For works with a local rare breeds farm which is situated in the heart of the Kentish Weald. Their ethos is rearing free range animals in harmony with the countryside and feeding them on food grown on their own farm.
Your chosen meats will be Spit Roasted on site visibly or discreetly as you wish. You can choose any or a mixture of Shoulders and Legs of Kentish Lamb, Rib, Sirloin or Topside of Sussex Beef, a Hog Roast of Saddleback, Berkshire or Gloucester Old Spot.
The delicious meats will be carved and served with the appropriate garnishes and sauces accompanied by a selection of beautiful salads and artisan flavoured bread rolls.
