My name is Di and I am passionate about creating delicious and imaginative food with an artistic flair that is a feast for all the senses.
Food To Di For came to life in my kitchen in 2010 and since then my team and I have had the pleasure of catering for events in and around Kent, London and the South East.
I am at my happiest in my kitchen with some seasonal ingredients of the finest quality and the time to experiment with new dishes and recipes inspired by my food heroes such as Yotam Ottolenghi, Nigel Slater, Thomas Keller and Raymond Blanc.
As a voracious reader of food magazines, blogs and restaurant reviews I keep abreast of the latest food trends. I also love to dine out and travel and I am always excited to glean new ideas from culinary experiences and other cuisines. As a result, unlike other caterers, I do not have a set portfolio of menu options. My repertoire is constantly evolving as I discover new ideas; so every party menu is unique.
It always feels like a privilege to be invited into clients’ homes to help them celebrate the special and important occasions in their lives and create everlasting memories to treasure.
